northeast dc. cannot say if this scene is typical or not, but a discarded baby stroller surronded by emptied bottles of beer and an used birthcontrol device across the street from a elementry school didn't seem kosher to me.

i wanted to process this image for a darker/moodier/higher contrast image but then i thought it took away too much of the details of the subjects. also, this was at 11:17 in the morning so the scene was very bright.
